Fidus Security Solutions is a veteran-owned security training academy and systems installer in Manassas, Virginia. We train and certify security officers, teach firearms and concealed carry, and install the cameras and access control that keep Northern Virginia churches, schools, and businesses safe.

Training
DCJS security and firearms training
Training and education are at the heart of what we do. We run Virginia DCJS security officer classes, both the unarmed 01E and the full armed path, plus renewals and firearms requalification to keep your registration current. We also teach the Virginia concealed carry class and offer private, one-on-one firearms instruction for every level. Our instructors are DCJS certified and work in the field they teach, so you leave ready for the job, not just the exam. Churches and private schools are our focus across Northern Virginia. We assess the building, install cameras and access control, train your safety team, write your emergency plan, and help you win the grants that pay for it. Installation
Commercial security camera and access installation
We design and install security cameras, access control, perimeter fencing, and lighting for commercial and institutional properties, including businesses, churches, and schools. Our installation work is commercial, not residential. Fidus is a DCJS-licensed electronic security business, and the construction side is handled by a licensed Class A contractor, so the work is permitted, code-compliant, and built to last. We install and service the systems, and we can set up professional monitoring through a trusted partner if you want it. Our advice starts with what actually protects you, not a one-size monthly contract.
